My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb and very accessible, making it a great value for money. However, the rooms weren't ready on time and had a lingering bad smell throughout. The service was friendly and accommodating, while the dining experience had its limitations but offered tasty salads.

To our surprise, the hotel lacked lockers, chairs, and tables in the rooms, but they were clean and odor-free. The staff are courteous, accommodating, and willing to assist, even allowing us to leave our belongings in the luggage area before check-in. The location is also great, being right in the mall with easy access to dining and shopping options. However, the wifi connection setup was a bit problematic. The dining experience was subpar for the day's activities. Overall, decent value for money.
